We have built a full-cycle professional service system covering pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales services. Adhering to the service tenet of rapid response, precise communication and reliable aftercare, we safeguard customers throughout the whole process and eliminate worries over equipment procurement and operation.

Pre-sales Service

Our professional team provides one-on-one dedicated communication to sort out processing requirements including material type, cutting precision and production capacity. We offer free equipment selection, process planning and on-site sample testing. Customized cutting solutions are tailored according to customers’ workshop layout and existing production lines, enabling accurate selection and avoiding blind procurement.

In-sales Service

We offer transparent order progress tracking and real-time updates on production and inspection status. Standard models can be delivered on the same or next day, while customized products will be delivered as scheduled with traceable logistics. Upon equipment arrival, professional engineers will arrive within 24 hours to conduct free installation, commissioning and optical path calibration. Operators will receive one-on-one training on basic operation, daily maintenance and simple troubleshooting to ensure quick commissioning and stable operation.

After-sales Service

  • Warranty Period: 12-month overall warranty starting from acceptance date. Consumable parts excluded; laser tube enjoys a 10-month warranty.

  • Technical Support: Free remote guidance via phone and video call.

  • Repair & Replacement: Free maintenance for non-human damage within warranty. Reasonable material and labor fees apply for man-made damage and out-of-warranty repairs.

  • Fault Reporting: 24-hour service hotline: 17275988885. Please provide equipment model and fault details.

  • Fault Handling: Technical support available 8:00-20:00 on working days. Engineers respond remotely within 3 hours and deliver solutions for complex issues within 48 hours. Remote guidance is adopted for solvable faults; on-site maintenance will be scheduled when necessary, and part replacement will be finished within 72 hours.

  • Original Spare Parts: Free replacement within warranty period. Standard pricing applies to out-of-warranty parts (excluding consumables).

  • Supply Cycle: 3-7 working days for domestic parts; 15-30 days for imported parts. Express service available for urgent orders.

Free process optimization guidance is provided to adjust exclusive cutting parameters, improving working efficiency and product yield. Long-term free technical upgrades help clients enhance core competitiveness.
